Note to Hotmail/Live/Outlook.com users: Microsoft has a rather draconian
spam filtering system in place, which makes it extremely difficult (Read:
frequently impossible) for me to send even a reply to a Hotmail/Live/Outlook.com
user, even though I've never sent any spam, ever. If you send me a message
from a Hotmail/Live/Outlook.com account and don't get a reply within 24 hours
(check your spam folder, just in case), then that's probably happened. In that case,
please resend your message from another provider (GMail is nice) and I should be
able to reply to you there. I'm sorry for any inconvenience, but there's nothing I
can do about Microsoft's lame policies.
